We dispatch most orders within 24 hours.
If we do not have part or all of your order in stock we will contact you as soon as possible. Should your order be made up of more than one item then we will dispatch the product(s) we have in stock and Animalcare will cover any additional transport costs from that order.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Animalcare, returns will be accepted for a full refund, provided that goods are:
Unused, undamaged & able to be resold, in their original, unopened manufacturer’s packaging.
Received at our office within 5 working days of invoice date.
Transport costs remain the responsibility of the customer & are not refundable, except in the case of faulty goods or incorrect despatch.

If we can not supply your order within a reasonable time then you will have the option of cancelling your order or alternatively Animalcare will cover the delivery charge.
