ORALX PHENAGIN blends the amino acid DL-Phenylalanine with specific herbs. DL-Phenylalanine is considered an “essential” amino acid as it is a necessary component in equine nutrition. Because it cannot be synthesized by the body, it must be supplemented whenever it is lacking.
In humans, DL-Phenylalanine has been suggested to relieve the pain of osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, lower back pain and joint pain. This is because DL-Phenylalanine may have the ability to block certain enzymes in the cental nervous system that are normally responsible for breaking down natural morphine-like hormones.
Directions: Administer the entire contents onto the back of the horse’s tongue.
Use one to two tubes 4 hours before strenuous work.
