Gamma Oryzanol is a rice bran oil derivative. Trials in Japan and elsewhere have shown that Gamma Oryzanol is highly effective for weight gain and performance. In addition to the positive effects on body mass, human athletes report less fatigue, a mild stimulant effect, and reduced post exercise muscle soreness when using Gamma Oryzanol. Chromium enhances the activity of Insulin. Insulin is vital to many body functions; most importantly dealing with dietary sugar, and in facilitating muscle growth. Supplementation with Chromium has been shown in clinical trials with horses and humans, to increase muscle weight gain and decrease body fat. Many diets are deficient in Chromium and supplementation is vital for optimal muscle development. Chromium picolinate is a unique form of chromium which is well absorbed and safe. Creatine is an amino acid involved in energy supply to muscles. During exercise the initial energy supply to muscles is ATP, which releases energy as it is converted to ADP. Creatine, as Creatine Phosphate, converts ADP back to ATP, so it can be re-used. Supplementing with creatine increases the energy supply to muscles. High creatine levels, and thus increased ATP supply, prevent the muscles using glycolysis for energy production, thus lactic acid production, which is associated with glycolysis, is reduced, and the onset of muscle fatigue is delayed. Creatine also enhances the body’s ability to make the proteins used during muscle contraction, and results in increased muscle density, size, and strength. The combination of Gamma Oryzanol, Chromium, and Creatine has a powerful conditioning effect, and aids performances in athletic animals. As with all products of this type an adaptation period is required. In the case of Natrozol, this period is in the order of 6-8 weeks, at which time peak effects will be observed.
